    Rules

    • Smoking is not allowed
    • Pets are allowed in rare exceptions
    • Quiet hour from 22:00 – 08:00
    • Parties are not allowed
    • Street shoes are not allowed in the living area
    • No additional guests are allowed to stay overnight
    • No smoking or vaping indoors, smoking is allowed 10m from the entrance to the yard, butts should be thrown in the yard trash cans
    • Guests must pay city tax in addition to the rental fee, i.e. 1 Eur/person for 1 night, but no more than 10 Eur per stay
    • We sort waste, we ask guests to separate clean packaging into the yellow container, glass into the green container and the rest into the large household waste container
    • We ask guests to present and send an ID, as well as fill out an entry form

    Safety rules

    • We have a closed and private courtyard, entrance only with a code lock
    • Video surveillance in the territory and in common areas
    • We ask guests to close and lock all entrance doors and gates behind them
    • For the use of the parking lot, we inform you that the gate automation closes automatically after 30 seconds after it has opened
    • There are fire extinguishers located in the common areas on the 1st and 2nd floors, which must be used in case of emergency fire extinguishing
    • Smoke detectors are located in each apartment
